So far I have 4 chips that include some part of my first name or complete initials. Below are scans of three of them. The 'LAFB' chip is from Luke Air Force Base in Phoenix, AZ. The one that I do not have a scan of right now is the LWR (my intitials) HUB mold chip from California. If you have any other chips with my name on them, please let me know.
