The Regency chips were used on Chances Casino a day cruise ship out of St Augustine FL. They were mixed in a rack with the boats origional chips when the boat called the Royal Princess, that sailed from Marco Island, was sublet during the off season. The denom's used on the boat confirmed to me were the $1, $5 and $25. All live chips while you could buy them at a Paulson store.

The $500 chips were all sent to CA to be used in a card room out there.

Fantasy chip, you can call them so if you want but they were a live chip in FL!
