I believe that within the last couple of months, the process for nominating the COTY, TOTY, etc. was posted here, but I've been unable to find it. Perhaps it was an email or a website I read. I'm trying to add an answer to a question to my Beginners Page about how the COTY is determined. If anyone has this information, I would really appreciate it.
