however, let me add this.....
The Four-Corners (Tropiocana @ Las Vegas BLVD) puts you in the middle of most things for you and the family.
The Tropicana has the Convention, pools and proximity to many kids things. Like, M&M World, Game Works, Excalibur Midway, Luxor IMAX and Midway, Mandalay Bay Shark Reef and all three Mandalay properties are linked by a monorail.
The Excalibur has the pool and proximity to eveything else, including the Convention acros the street. The same can be said of MGM Grand, NYNY, Monte Carlo, Luxor and Mandalay Bay, but Tropicana has advantage to Club interests.
Having been a visitor to Vegas since my kids were your kids ages, I can vouch for Excalibur being the center of the their Vegas universe. The only exception is if they want water play ALL DAY. Then make it Sahara for being next door to Wet 'N Wild, but it's a long way to the Trop.
Circus-Circus (Grand Slam Canyon) is geared more for boys of that age group, but I suspect that your special-needs daughter also needs adult participation. Grand Slam Canyon is at best a day, but more likely a half day, if at all.
Aside from Club interests preferring the Tropicana, I believe that Excalibur is a good bet.
