I've had positive dealings with both Kevin and Jim, and have to weigh in on Jim's side on this one. He didn't receive what was advertised.

But I have to agree with Jill that Kevin is a solid guy and he did offer to take them back. The problem came about with how much the chips were worth. This reminds me of the $5 chip + $2 postage vs. the $6 chip + $1 postage thread.

It's just a reasonable difference of opinion.

BTW, those chips will clean up beautfully. I clean white H&Cs all the time with soft scrub and toothbrush, and they look great! The dings won't go away, but you won't notice them.
