Have you talked to someone at Chipco about their notching sample policies? I'd assume that the buyer would dictate whether a chip is notched or not. For some strange reason, unnotched sample chips from Cripple Creek made by Chipco were desired by the CO gaming commission while at the same time, gaming wanted all samples from Black Hawk and Central City to be notched when submitted for approval.

I'm not sure if this is still the case, and I never heard a reason why there was a disparity in this area concerning the different Colorado gaming towns.
