The funny thing is that it doesn't seem to matter. I bought a notched Chipco with the Chipco ad on the back from a casino cage as one of their foreign chips. The best part was that the chip was a Dark Pink $2.50 from Grand in Biloxi which is a great chip. The bad part is the Chipco ad on the back and the notches.
