I can post the back scan but it is the same as the Rain/Ghost Bar, Playboy, and Jimmy Jam chips.

The main difference is, The Palms did not issue the chip. Marketing allowed a good customer to use the logo for his family reunion at the Palms. 450 made.
It probably should be in TCR but IMO it should be * and a notation. I say it should be listed because collectors will run across it from time to time.
They need to know the story. I would hate to see a big value on this type of chip.
Worth about the same as the Pai Gow 25¢ chips. A value.
