For the benefit of everyone reading this post, allow me to give a little background......

Scott has visited the COTY, TOTY, SSOTY and CKOTY Viewing Site and posted a scan of one of Rene's "Celebrating Chippers" Palace Station Chip Show chips. Specifically, Scott up-loaded the Bruce Landau version, one of eight different chips honoring certain chippers.

Scott's offering, although an honorary tribute to Bruce, will soon be removed from the Viewing Site as this entire series of chips do not meet the criteria established for COTY qualification.

Aside from my personal feelings for Bruce (which are of admiration and respect) it remains that the this set of NCV's, just as the highly popular Hard Rock CC&GTCC Convention NCV issues, do not meet the full definition of COTY eligible chips.

I thank Scott for his offering and encourage his posting of other 2002 releases at the Viewing Site (as well as everyone else doing the same) however, I must also enforce the definitions of COTY, TOTY, SSOTY and CKOTY qualified items. In this particular instance I have choosen to do so with an explanation before hand.
