I stopped in at the Bird Farm on Wednesday, Jan 15 to pick up a chip - it was right at their 3:00PM opening time and they were open. I spoke to the owner - he sold me a chip ($5) - all seemed normal. He did mention that he had to "pull" all his 25 cent chips off the tables because everyone was taking them as souvenirs and they cost too much to make. He now uses just coins for the .25, .50, and $1 amounts. Cute little club - harkens back to the good ole days in Nevada.
