and it's amazing to watch th amount of money that some of these players put up. I was in The Hustler a few months ago picking up some chips for Al Mancini and played some blackjack. Yes, the casino gets their take from all hands played. If a person chose to be the banker and didn't put up enough money to cover all the other players' pay-outs, the "house" paid the difference. Of course, they also take their percentage of their stake if the dealer wins. Very odd...plus there are people behind you that will put up their money to help bank you if you're the "bank"...didn't like it a bit. Also Casino Morongo (Indian casino near Palm Springs) charges a buck or so per hand depending upon your wager. Yet just down the road, the other Indian casinos charge nothing for playing...but Casino Morongo is PACKED....go figure??? Steve B
