First I have to ask, didn't the house banking rules change when some propersition was voted in. I never did understand that.
I once played in a Ca. casino and saw people playing Banker who didn't look like they had the capital and knew someone had to be behind them. And if someone didn't want to bank they took that players turn. I rememeber a Bank played my hand and I played his across the table. I was saying how easy it would be to come in and bank a game and also thinking that may not be so easy as someone might want to have a talk with you.
