Have you been in the San Marcos? Other side of Otraband across bride. To me this was downtown area. I thought Otra area was not a place to hang out. I walked up the street & that was enough. A few slot places & lots of scary characters. Looked very poor. It is quite hard to get any chips as if you are lucky to find the casino you cant buy chips unless the tables are open. There are nicer places like Marriott & then another way on the other side but hard to find. Dont recall name but did not have time to wait for tables to open. Won a few bucks at dollar slots & found various old tokens mixed in. Even 1968 Bahamas.
