The website will be up soon (I am shooting for end of day today). It will have a downloadable PDF file with the hotel registration. The pre-registration information will be in the next issue of the magazine and then will be added to the website.

As for airfare, check out Orbitz, Travelocity, Expedia. There are plenty of inexpensive flights to Vegas - depending on where you live. You are also welcome to get your own package including car and hotel (if you are staying at another hotel you may need a car).

Last year I stayed at Harrahs and got a car for the daily trip to Tropicana. This year I plan to stay at Tropicana for the convention. Not only does it support the club, having to lug my chips up and down those stairs to the car, and then the traffic jam back to Harrahs everyday was exhausting.
