"Here is a sad story that happened to my friend as I stood by watching in horror. My friend went to a blackjack table and placed $500.00 on the table expecting to receive chips in return. The dealer took the money and dropped it then started dealing to everyone else at the table."
So there were other witnesses (everyone else at the table) to his laying the money on the table. Why didn't any of them back your friend's story up?
"Of course my friend expressed his displeasure in not receiving any chips in return for his money. He then asked the dealer where his chips were? The dealer said you never gave me any money, my friend being a little upset at this point requested the Pit Boss."
Again, everyone else at the table didn't see your friend's buy-in?
"The Pit Boss calmly listened to my friends tale of woe and again calmly stated sorry the video cameras are not working yet."
I can't imagine any casino anywhere opening without their eye-in-the-sky functional. Those cameras are in place to keep an eye on employees as much as they are players.
There are way too many holes in your story, coupled with your posting this info signing it with only a first name. ...and your buddy Brian in these threads also only posts using a first name.
I ain't buying it. If you want to credibly discredit something, you must first be credible yourself.
