Here is a sad story that happened to my friend as I stood by watching in horror. My friend went to a blackjack table and placed $500.00 on the table expecting to receive chips in return. The dealer took the money and dropped it then started dealing to everyone else at the table. Of course my friend expressed his displeasure in not receiving any chips in return for his money. He then asked the dealer where his chips were? The dealer said you never gave me any money, my friend being a little upset at this point requested the Pit Boss. The Pit Boss calmly listened to my friends tale of woe and again calmly stated sorry the video cameras are not working yet.
