I had this chip id'd as the Sachem Yacht Club (delivered to a Harry S. Leyman by USPC in 1924)

Actually the Burgee was owned by Harry Stoll Leyman of Cincinnati, OH. His yacht was named the "SACHEM" and he belonged to the Toledo Yacht Club. Harry was big in the auto industry in Cincinnati.
