Doug Saito tells the story of Harry "The Horse" Jaffee, who was a partner of the lady owner in the Lucky Lady at 4788 El Cajon Blvd., 1974-1976. They had a major argument over the card room. Harry split and opened a card room across the street at 4801 El Cajon Blvd., and named his joint, Lucky Man Card Room, 1976-1977. His chips had an outline of a horeshead.
