Here is a picture from an old trip to Mississippi which greatly illustrates an oddity of the "riverboats" in that state. Some states require boats to have cruises or be able to cruise. but in Mississippi it was left an option. So some of the "boats" down there were nothing more than a building on a barge. The Rainbow Casino is this type. A little outside of Vicksburg, where the road along the river goes up on a bluff that faces the river, you find a side road that curves down to the riverboat and its parking. I was able to stop on the top of the hill and get a nice picture of the casino.
