Typlikey? the North eastern part of the country has one of the best records of mail delivery.The west and south usally are a little slower.Letters move faster than packages why this is i don't know. You sent my chips out on Monday and i got them the following Monday.On the other hand i sent your payment out at 10:30 pm edt on Tuesday and you got it on Saturday so there is a differance in how they handle parcels.As far as you having more than one shippment ruined which is very odd i would contact the Reno main mailing facility and lodge a complaint, it might not do any good but you might be able to find out what went wrong.
