Each year during the CCGTCC Convention, I take my wife to something very Vegas-like. For the past two years, we have done:

2001: Renewed our vows at the "Elvis Chapel of Love" (note: Greg Susong was my wife's maid of honor!)
2002: Saw Wayne Newton show.

What can we do in 2003? Any suggestions on something which defines Vegas?
