i am fairly new to the chip board,so please excuse me if this matter has been discussed, but, what does the new gaming law that states that limited edition chips cannot be issued at amounts lower than 500 do to the chip collecting hobby....how does it affect, if at all,ones collections that have older chips that are limited to amounts that are less than 500 ? ...how does this decision affect the dealers and or the collectors..
