Made for the Spring Wholesale Company, Seattle WA 1952. I haven't found it who it was made for yet. Spring wasn't one of their "usual" chip distributors, so it's possible that the chips were used right at the company, for a social or employee card room (which were common at the time in industrial businesses and union halls).
