The chips delivered were the same as the artwork approved by The Cannery and gaming. Gaming would have approved notched chips made from the approved artwork, a few days before delivery.

It is an easy mistake to miss.
Once a chip is made from approved artwork, it belongs to the casino. If gaming says the chip must be replaced, the casino would have to eat the cost.
