The next meeting of teh Deep South Chip Collectors Club will be held on February 8, 2003 at the Copa Casino in Gulfport, MS. YOU DO NOT WANT TO MISS THIS MEETING! Since this is our Annual Meeting we will be giving away some nice door prizes. The Copa will also provide us with some surprises for door prizes as well as a "goody bag" for each attending member. The Club has also purchased a 96 chip holder wallet for a door prize. We will also have a drawing for a chip valued at $100 to $125. The names of ALL Members will go into a hat. One name will be drawn. If that Member is there he/she will receive the chip in a display case. If the name drawn is NOT present the chip will NOT be awarded and there will be another drawing at the next Quarterly Meeting with a new valuable chip added. This will continue until the chips are awarded at a Meeting. The process will then begin all over again. Registration and the trading session will begin at 12 noon with the regular meeting to follow.

The Copa does not have a hotel attached but the Breakers Holiday Inn Gulfport is offering us the rate of $49.00 a night. When calling for reservations at 228-864-4310 ask for the "Copa Casino rate". The meeting room at the Copa is located on the second floor just to the left of the Dining area.

The Copa has also offered to provide us with $5 Match Play coupons, and complimentary beverages at the Meeting. As this is our First Annual Meeting everyone is strongly encouraged to attend. Guests are welcome so start planning now. See you there!
