It's a "Building Fund" that we are embarked upon ... like a Headquarters Building. It might be just a store front for starters. Allow the dreamers to dream while the nay-sayers throw doubt and cold water on the project. I predict that it will happen ... and I hope it will happen during my lifetime. I wish Bruce Landau could have been here to see his dream materialize.
