My opinion is to charge the buyer actual postage costs. In other words postage plus any other hard costs such as the actual cost for the bubble mailer. I'm making money on the item that I sell. I don't feel I should make a profit on the postage too. That what I do when I sell on Ebay. Some sellers may disagree but that's there right and their perogative.
