I made this post just now way down the thread. Fearing a lot may not see it, I post it here at the top now.

These are nice interesting old Belgium chips. You might want one of the white ones, at least, for your collection. What I particularly like about them are:
(1) they were made curved (like a bowl) with the denomination and inlay on inside, apparently so they could be picked up easily, and the denomination and inlay (no inlay on the whites) could be visible;
(2) the embossed recessed area for the inlay is interesting. Good for personalizing the chips or adding security numbers; and
(3) the metal filagree is a nice touch.

The backs of the greens (100 denomination) and reds (20 denomination) have paper past-on type inlays that are glued into a recessed spot made for just such "inlays." Using a magnifying glass, I esteablished that they are from Belgium's Ostende Bains de Mer . The "inlays" had much on them -- numbers, "Ostende Bains de Mer [hard to make out last word; name is on Green chips]," violin, landscape scene, logos, etc. All have the metal filagree on one side, are curved (interesting feature! Made that way to easily pick up, I imagine), and the denomination on the inside curved side. I suspect the higher denomination reds and greens were made with the embossed recession for the inlay so the chips could be sold to other casinos to personalize or security number them: each club or casino could put in their own inlays.

I have just one Green one, so can't sell it. ..... The reds I price as follows: 2 have sharp black on white inlays, $25 each; one has half the printed inlay (sharp black/white), $20; and the rest have a rather plain white paper inlay (no printing), $10...........The white 5's never were intended to have inlays. They are just $10 each.
