Let's say I have two auctions:

1) It's a $5 face value chip that you're mildly interested in. No one has bid yet, first bid is $5. Shipping is $2.

2) It's a $5 face value chip that you're mildly interested in. No one has bid yet, first bid is $7. Shipping is FREE.
