Actually, I've come down to two options:

1) Take Fred's approach, raise the initial price of my auction, and use FREE SHIPPING! as a lure.

Problem: This could cause problems getting that ever-important first bid.

2) Buy some cheap envelopes, and reduce shipping to $1.

Problem: I lose a buck, which I may not be entitled to, depending on perspective.

My reputation is more important than the money. Hell, the money is just to give to YOU guys to buy more chips!!

Thanks to everyone, especially those who set me straight on the 12¢ postal thingy.
