What I think!

Jeff,

I think that we live in a free Country where you can charge as much or as little as you want for s/h. However when I look at bidding on an item I always consider the S/H as part of the total price. This sometimes makes me bid less on an item than I normally would. I think this is how most bidders look at it. I have found that the lower the postage (more realistic) the more the items brings.

I have actually listed an item with a "Buy It Now" price of $1.00 and charged enough postage to cover my cost of the item. This was just a trial/joke I was doing and it worked. The buyer thought it was kinda funny that he could tell his friends he bought a coin that was worth $100.00 on Ebay for $1.00. He didn't have to mention that he paid $95.00 S/H.

As long as the postage is listed it's up to the bidder, they can accept to pay it or not. Good luck and I hope this helps.

Robert
