It is my understanding that a 1oz domestic Letter is .37
Padded envelopes DO NOT fall into this category and the correct charge is .49 for the first ounce
The additional ounce is .23
Making a 2 oz shipment, or should I say anything over 1oz and up to and including 2 oz. .72
Where do we get .49 and .60 from for shipping a 1+ oz. padded ebnvelope from?
