It costs 49¢ to mail two chips.........Not 72¢. You can get a 4x7 bubble wrap envelope for about 26¢ if you buy them 20 to a box at Office Depot, Staples etc. You can get them a lot cheaper in bulk online. That comes to 75¢.

So, as to.......
