Just curious, why do you think $1.85 is too much for shipping?

Here's why I'm asking:

To mail two chips costs at least 72¢, and if you figure 50¢ for the envelope, you're up to $1.47. He's only asking 38¢ more than that. That doesn't seem too bad.

I usually charge a flat $2.00 shipping on multiple chip auctions, and I'm curious to know if people feel this is unreasonable. On my non-chip auctions, I always charge actual costs, but I've gotten screwed on that a few times now.
