I once played between $200 and $500 a hand for 6 hours at Slots a Fun, was not even offered a free meal! In fact, there was a fellow watching the table, and he asked what they were comping me, and when I replied "nothing so far" he started hassling the pit boss, which never went over so well. There were 4 of us at the table and we were taking them pretty good. In fact, they were really P*SS poor about it. They kept coloring up my chips so that I ended up asking them to color one down, as I wanted some smaller change. When the Pit Boss Basically refused and kept egging me on to play higher bets, I picked up my chips and said "Thanks for the cash, but you won't ever see me playing in here again." Cashed out and left. Granted, it was 4 days before Xmas and we were pretty much the only real action the tables were seeing, but even still, it has been my experience that when you have a table full of medium bettors like that, you treat them with a little respoect, in hopes that they end up giving some of, if not all with interest, of the money back.
