...if any of the "cigarette racks" that were on the tables at some casinos had casino logos and if so, does anyone have one?

I remember playing blackjack in the mid-seventies at the DI, and there was a plastic "rack" full of individual cigarettes, multiple brands, for those playing that table who wished to indulge in the habit. I don't recall a DI logo on the "rack", but that doesn't mean that there wasn't one.
