I saw that offer too, and thought it looked like re-purposed coin collecting software. I decided to stay away.

Microsoft Access and Filemaker Pro can both do what you're looking for, but you need to spend a lot of time with the programs to get them the way you want. Access is similar to Excel in some ways. Both programs let you create as many reports or queries as you'd like, so you can show JUST Harrah's, or just Harrah's that you received after 1994, or just the ones with orange stripes and pink polka dots.

There's a free (if large) trial download of Filemaker Pro at http://www.filemaker.com. Access is part of the Microsoft Office Professional.

The problem I have with BOTH of these programs is that you can't export the tables as HTML with the pictures. It strips them out.
