There was a question further down the line ref the New Issue Services out of Vegas and who is the best. I can honestly say I have used most in one way or another. Have been very happy with most, but settled in with Chuck better known as "The General" last year. I started by sending small amount thru PayPal and after becoming more comfortable sending him $100 dollars at a time became routine. All to a man I had never met. During the last year I have had over 34 transactions and have been completely happy with Chuck's services. At last June's Convention I met the General briefly as I was heading in one direction and him another. Just enough time to shake hands and keep going. During the Convention I decided to travel to the new chip releases myself and stand in line as everyone else in Vegas does normally.....where I got to chat with everyone in line which was fun, BUT....and let me tell you....I have a whole new respect for what the NIS's have to go thru to get chips. Though I thoroughly enjoyed the Palms release. Yesterday I received my order from Chuck. Along with others, one of the chips I had ordered was the Hard Rock Christmas Chip. Looking at my statement from him it had a star next to the $5 Hard Rock chip and below read, "Happy Holidays, no charge." On my statement he had credited back to my account the cost of the chip.
