It is a strange anomaly of the casinos, but they do not combine a husband and wife's play, even though they both use the same room. If both you and you spouse play the slots, I would suggest that you request a duplicate card for one of you (or convieniently "lose" it) and both use the same card on the slots. The computer will add them all together just like one of you was playing two machines.
Table games are generally rated seperately, so they won't combine. Last time I asked, the Orleans didn't even keep table games ratings on the computer, so you can't even accumulate play over a couple of days for a food comp. (BTW: I have no problem with my wife being known as the "High Roller" in our family. )
