In case anyone got the wrong impression from my posts (especially newcomers) about New Issue Services, I'd like to show my support for the dealers I don't hesitate to buy chips from!

I encourage anyone else who uses an NIS to also post which Service they use... and why they use them. (yes... even Rene... )

Everytime I place an order, I get a automatic confirmation - followed by a personal note from Pete or Chantal advising me when my chips will be mailed. Upon receiving them, I (try to) let them know they arrived safely... and I ALWAYS get a personal thank you. Every time! I am one who appreciates the little extras... like "Thank you" and a slotcard or room key...

The Rizzo's also automatically pick up and hold new Harrah's releases for me. I get a Harrah's alert via email... not asking "if I need them", but telling me "my set is waiting". No ifs ands or buts (yet) and I NEED someone in Nevada to do this for me or I lose sleep
