Computer Help Please

I have not been able to access the Chipboard or CC>CC web sites from my home computer since Friday evening. I get a "page can not be displayed" message. I had not made any changes that I am aware of to the computer or settings prior to the start of the problem. The only updates prior to the problem may have been a Norton Anti-virus auto update. Nothing I have tried to correct the problem has worked. I aAm looking for any suggestions and possible ideas to correct the connection problem.
Here are some of the things I have tried already. Some of them a number of times.
Contacted ISP (shorelink): The rep at shorelink was able to connect to both sites. That leads me to believe the problem is on my end.
Reviewed all internet options settings. Even compared home & work computer settings. Made minor settings changes on security & advanced tabs that did not resolve the problem.
Have deleted cookies, history, etc.
Have restored defaults.
Turned off Norton (just checking to see if that was the problem). Norton is active again.
Have downloaded / installed Windows updates. Was using EI 5.01 prior to the updates. Now EI 6.0
I have contacted Greg who has been very helpful.

I'm at a loss. Any help would be appreciated. Any ideas at all? Please send any suggestions to me by email especially if after 3PM today. I will be leaving work about that time & will not be back until Jan 7. Therefore I will not have access to the Chipboard to see any posts until I get this resolved. Thanks,
