Here is what I do Jill

On your deal thing.

I said I was sorry because I made a mistake on seeing the face value. So my whole comment is irrelevant.

As far as the Longhorn chips , I don't need them , so you can offer them too someone else.

As far as the $1 chips I only had 60 and just sold 50 to a out of state collector at $1.50 each.

But this is what I can do for you. I know Bruce Karli said he is not getting his chips ,and I have another chipper that doesn't want to get his chips because his wife is in the hospital and he has not interest in chips. He told me to just go ahead and release them.

So I will have extra $1 chips at the cage. So if you want them , I be more than happy to save them for you. Just give me the name of the person picking them up for you and I will have a bag waiting for them at the cage. And you can do whatever you want with them.

And as far as my web site. I don't mark my chips cheaper then other dealers , so this way they can sell theirs first. I usually mark them higher or just match the price. I do not sell many New Issues. And don't pick up 80% of them because I do not do this for a living. There is no real money to be made in chips. And its mostly headaches. To me the hobby is not really fun anymore. Unfortunatly I have over 30,000 casino chips so I am kinda stuck in it. And I could not find anybody to buy them all yet. Plus I have Thousands of other gaming related items.

I probably only pick up 4 out of every 10 chips issued. And I only get them if I happen to be in the casino. And then only half of the time I list them on my web site.

Everyone things I make so much money doing chips. They have no idea. I talked to a good dealer friend of mein and asked him what he though I made at the last show profit. He guessed $10,000 and I was amazed. If that was the case I would do a show every 3 months. We made $1200 profit. And for this show Palace Station increased the room price by $2000 . So there is no real money here.

Whatever we do people just complain. And I think that is why a lot of good things in this hobby just stopped. But that is another story.

Bottom line is I have been doing a lot of thinking and every time I am aggrevated its chip related and I don't think its worth anymore.
