If not familiar with my roulette RR's let me just state the rules.

Open to any roulette or NCV as long as there is a casino name and location on it. This includes fun nite, win card, tournaments, richochet, etc. Send priority mail and ensure delivery by any means you'd like. Insurance, delivery confirmation etc, sender takes responsibitly for delivery to next on the list. Replace with similar condition and numbers. Have fun.
