Wonder what OBS really means? I use to think it ment obsolete, as in "not used anymore" or "not able to get from the casino" I am amazed by the lack of scruples many chip dealers have. I just got off e-bay and no less then 6 chips that I saw listed "OBS" are still in play at the repective casinos. These were not listed by the guys who are new to the hobby, these are listed by long time dealers Maybe I don't realy know what "OBS" means. Can someone tell me?
