I don't think the problem is casinos having lists for NIS dealers. The problem is a chip dealer having control of the lists instead of the casino. It doesn't matter to me which dealer has control of any casino's list. If any other dealer had the ability to control an LE release like you appear to have, you'd see the same reactions here. It is bad for the hobby. Allowing any dealer to control chip releases can only be viewed as having the ability by that person to exercise insider manipulation of the release, no matter who is doing it.
The reason you are being flogged for it is because you are the one doing it. If Andy or Josh or Steve or Chuck was doing it, they too would catch a boatload of heat over it.
