Yes my web site does charge shipping and handling.
Because it is a business.
If you only order one chip at a time then it might be high. I think andy charges no shipping and has good prices. Check him out.
Like any other business on the web , if you buy a $3 item then shipping be usually a lot more than $3.
But you can wait till a show and get it for $3 from me.
