If you want to use the cheap fares on Southwest, you can fly to Little Rock, AK and drive to Tunica. That's how I did it for the show there a couple of years ago. SW just announced $200-RT fares anywhere they fly...

Depending on where you live, though, you may have to change planes several (or many!) times to get to Little Rock.
