About 60 days ago I sold and shipped a package to a military enlisted man. I remember it specifically because the post office asked if i had anything to declare (I was apparently sending out of country).

8 weeks or so has gone by, and the purchaser has said he hasn't received it. It was 1-of-a-kind, so my only choise is to refund his money. That sucks, but I'll do it. I'm just asking if anyone has experience waiting for military sales to bve delivered.
