My Son and me have the same problem. I believe that some problems have to do with which version of Windows or Excel you are using. It seems that an older Ver. will not open a newer Ver. but the newer Ver. will open an older one. I am no computer Guru so others will have a better answer. This is no solution simply, what may be causing your problem.
