I'm 99% sure this is a Canadian chip, and 90% sure it's from Vancouver, but can't place an address or date on it. In the "old days" before true casinos in the provinces of British Columbia and Alberta, chips were harder to come by and identify since they often came from the "floating" charity casinos, and the chips often floated away with the operators. Can anyone shed more light on this one?
